Hôtel Best Western Le Quercy Brive
I often stay there for work. The last three times I've had a few minor, quickly resolved issues with the bathroom… but overall it's very comfortable and I keep coming back!
We stayed one night at the Best Western in Brive-la-Gaillarde and overall the experience was very positive.
The welcome was very pleasant upon arrival. Access to the hotel's private parking (a bit pricey at €15) is simple and convenient. We received a warm welcome and were given all the necessary information regarding the room, how the hotel worked, and some helpful tips about the surrounding area.
The room was very nice. Special attention was given to our dog, with a basket and two bowls, one of which contained some treats. However, the basket had a strong odor, so we preferred to remove it. The bedding was very comfortable, the room was cozy, and the bathroom was perfectly adequate.
A minor drawback was the cleanliness: the toilet wasn't 100% spotless, with a little dust and some hair behind the door. However, this didn't affect the quality of our sleep.
Breakfast was incredible: plentiful, beautifully presented, and the person in charge was incredibly kind and attentive. We had settled in with our dog in the breakfast room, which was still empty at the time. As dogs were not allowed, we had to leave when other guests arrived, but this woman immediately took care of us and moved us to the very cozy lobby so we could still enjoy breakfast comfortably.
Overall, the entire staff was incredibly attentive, from the online booking to check-out. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Brive, and we even enjoyed the large Saturday morning market, right across the street.
In short, a very pleasant stay, with only minor areas for improvement being cleanliness and the restriction on dogs in the breakfast room. We will gladly return.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Brive, yet very quiet. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
We received a very warm welcome from Florence. Amazing staff. The hotel is fantastic.
